The Education Students’ Council works to enhance the academic, social and professional development of all Teacher Candidates at the Faculty of Education.

Volunteer & Paid Positions

Our teacher candidates are well versed on current curriculum, learning strategies and theories of education. As such, the Teacher Education Office is regularly approached by community members looking to hire our teacher candidates.

Alternative Field Experiences

All Teacher Candidates complete two Alternative Field Experiences in their second year. These provide opportunities to widen your experience, expand your knowledge, and develop your skills.
