What is From Good to Great all about?
On Oct. 27-28, the Down Syndrome Research Foundation will present, “From Good to Great: Enhancing Quality of Life for People with Down Syndrome.” This event will take place at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport.
At Good to Great, families, educators, clinicians, service providers, and researchers will come together to learn, share and inspire. We have an outstanding lineup of speakers, including internationally acclaimed experts and experienced practitioners in the field of Down syndrome.
In addition to two informative keynote sessions on Optimizing Neurodevelopment and Optimizing Physical and Mental Health, participants can choose from over 25 breakout sessions on relevant topics covering the full life span of individuals with Down syndrome, including feeding and sleep issues, the development of reading and communication skills, increasing independence, housing issues, reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s, and much more.

All participants, who register before October 2nd, will also be entered in a draw for prizes including a one night stay at the Holiday Inn International Airport (with breakfast for two), a one night stay at the Fairmont Royal York, and tickets for the Hockey Hall of Fame and CN Tower.
