Natural Curiosity Awards for Excellence in Environmental Inquiry

Natural Curiosity is an Environmental inquiry resource for educators.

Natural Curiosity and the Dr. Eric Jackman Institute of Child Study are excited to honour pre-service and in-service Ontario Elementary school teachers for their excellence in Environmental Inquiry.

Two awards are offered:

Teacher Candidates may apply for the Dr. David Suzuki Fellowship Award.

Associate Teachers may apply for the Edward Burtynsky Award.

Application deadline is March 31, 2017.

You may also be interested to know that Natural Curiosity is creating a 2nd Edition of their resource that supports an awareness of Indigenous perspectives by further highlighting how Indigenous knowledge, processes, principles, and wisdom can inform environmental inquiry.
